FAQ

1. Q: Can I keep any floral from my rental?

A:  No. We do not allow customers to keep or retain any part of our florals or rentals. Every product must be returned to vendor in tact, with same amount of florals that it was delivered. 

2. Q: Can I book out a year or more in advance?

A: Absolutely! We welcome the prepared planner!

3. Q: Can we use the florals for both the ceremony and reception?

A:  YES!  However, only our staff or a certified wedding planner can move our products. The move MUST BE within the same location/venue. For example, at THE RITZ you can have the arch at the end of an aisle in the Chapel, then move the arch inside into one of the reception rooms or the pavilion.   There is a second location set up fee that will be assessed if moved to more than one location.  They can NOT however be moved if ceremony and reception are not in the same location. For example, you can not have the arch at THE RITZ Chapel, and then move to a reception downtown. 

4. Q:  Do your products ever go on Sale or do you offer discounts?

A:  Unfortunately, we do not offer sales or discounts at this time.  We have priced these products and services just right to ensure we are delivering the HIGHEST quality artificial florals and the most professional set up artists.
